The Edmonton International Fringe festival is back in all its fringe glory! Starting this Thursday, Old Strathcona is going to be hosting one of the largest fringe theatre festivals in North America. Fringe’s Executive Director, Megan Dart, joined Global News Morning to talk about what we all have to look forward to this year.
