Port Coquitlam considers ban on selling bear spray to minors

City staff in Port Coquitlam say there’s been a rise in attacks involving the use of bear spray, and many of the suspects are minors. The city is now considering sweeping changes for retailers, including a ban on selling the chemical to minors. Emad Agahi reports.
