MMIWG advocate pushes for Pope Francis to acknowledge “stolen sisters”

The Canadian government is accused of failing to deliver on its pledge to end violence against Indigenous women and girls. One advocate took those concerns to Edmonton in an attempt to capture the pope’s attention. Neetu Garcha reports.
