We’re hearing horrific new details tonight about the Langley attack, from one of the victim’s brothers. Paul Wynn, known as “Small Paul,” was one of the two people killed in the early hours of Monday. His brother John doesn’t believe his sibling was targeted, only that he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Travis Prasad reports.
