Pope Francis left Alberta and landed in Quebec on Wednesday. The pontiff arrived in the afternoon on the second leg of his Canadian visit to apologize for what happened to Indigenous People in Catholic residential schools. Phil Carpenter reports from the Plains of Abraham in Quebec City, near the Citadelle where the Pope addressed the public.
