Kirkland residents launch petition calling for council to be webcast live

If you want to watch your city’s council meeting, odds are these days you don’t need to leave your house. Most municipalities broadcast the full video feed online. But that’s not the case everywhere and a group of Kirkland residents say they want their city to enter the 21st century. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
