Saint John Police swear in highest-ranking female yet

When Honey Dwyer was sworn in as deputy chief on Monday, she shattered a 170-year-old glass ceiling in the Saint John Police Force. Dwyer, an Indigenous woman, is now the highest-ranking female in the force’s history. Travis Fortnum reports.
