Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for the Montreal area as the humidex climbs close to 40. During this intensely hot weather, seniors are among the most at risk. And new data shows that nearly half all of room in Quebec long-term care homes are still without air conditioners. Even though the province insists they have enough to supply one to everyone.
