Court docs: Owner of private foster care company earned an estimated $200k/year

An examination of Connor Homes’ finances raises questions about how much money the owners take as a cut of their private, for-profit foster care and group home business – and how much money is leftover for kids and foster parents. Among the documents analysed by Global News/APTN, divorce court records, which reveal one of leaders of Connor Homes, Sean Connor, was making an estimated $200k/year from his affiliated foster care business.
