Ottawa police make arrests as city gears up for Canada Day weekend

Four people were arrested on Thursday after a procession was led into the city of Ottawa by former army reservist James Topp. He had been charged in February after speaking out against vaccine mandates. After Topp delivered remarks, police said they responded to a situation and arrested the four people over incidents they said included assaulting officers. Kyle Benning has more details and how the city is preparing for further convoy protests, and the hundreds of thousands coming to enjoy the Canada Day festivities.
