Russia denies missile attack on mall as Ukraine says death toll reaches 18

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov denied accusations on Tuesday that it hit a shopping mall in Kremenchuk, Ukraine with missiles, instead saying it had struck a nearby depot of U.S. and European arms that triggered an explosion which ignited a fire at the mall. Global News' Sean O'Shea takes a look at what has been left behind in the strike, as Ukraine's internal affairs minister Denys Monastyrsky says they can now say "for sure" there are no living people remaining under the rubble.
