NATO chief says responsibility for impact of global energy, food markets on Putin

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on Tuesday that the challenges of issues such as inflation, energy prices and the potential of a food scarcity problem are related to the war in Ukraine. He said that the "reason for the consequences" and responsibility for the impact on global energy and food markets can be attributed to Russian President Vladimir Putin. He added if Putin would withdraw and end the war in Ukraine, it would be "the easiest way to end all these problems."
