Long waits and demands for passports continue to grow in Quebec
Description
June 24, 2022
Many of the lawn chairs outside the Complex Guy Favreau have been folded up and put away — and the long lines are gone. As Global's Tim Sargeant reports, people are frustrated and losing patience with the government's backlog.
