Mustard Seed opens new permanent homeless shelter in south Edmonton

The Neighbour Centre started as a community hub in south Edmonton, where vulnerable people could access support services during the day. Now, the Mustard Seed has added an overnight homeless shelter to the facility – the first permanent space of its kind south of the river. Kris Knutson joined the noon news to talk about how the expanded facility aims to help get people off city streets for good.
