U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken addressed the Three Seas summit in Latvia on Monday, telling leaders that Russia’s war in Ukraine has underscored the importance of transportation infrastructure. Roads, rails and airfields in the Three Seas region are being used to deliver critical humanitarian and security assistance into Ukraine, he said.
