Canadian Government House Leader Mark Holland said Monday that Conservatives have been the “biggest challenge” during the spring session of Parliament, adding that Tory legislators have been “hell-bent on obstruction.” As an example of what he said was Conservative obstruction, Holland said the House has not been able to debate legislation like C-21, the Liberal’s bill to address gun violence. “They don’t have the right to shut down democracy,” he said.
