In the digital age, TikTok is becoming a growing force not just for dance videos, but for educating people about what’s going on in their communities and what they can do to change things. Vanessa Brousseau began creating TikToks that raised awareness for missing and murdered Indigenous women during the pandemic, and has since grown her follower count to over 85,000.
