June 15, 2022
Toronto City Council is trying to decide how to proceed with the future of road closures that stem from a popular pandemic program. ActiveTO closed roads to cars in order to give people more space to enjoy the waterfront, but the return to usual traffic patterns has many urging a rethink. Matthew Bingley reports.
