Austin Cullen hopes his report will bring about meaningful change in B.C.

Former B.C. Supreme Court Justice Austin Cullen says he hopes his report, which is more than 1,800 pages, will bring about change in the province. He says sophisticated money launderers have used B.C. as a ‘turning house’ for an ‘astounding’ amount of dirty money.
