The pedestrian overpass at Sources Boulevard in Montreal’s West Island has been closed since December 2021. For many, the closure has been a major inconvenience, making getting around the area on foot challenging. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, the City of Pointe-Claire has published a status update on the repair work — but users shouldn’t get too excited just yet.
