It was a pageant fit for queen. From essential workers to celebrities, some 10,000 people made their way to Buckingham Palace on Sunday to pay tribute Queen Elizabeth II. The festivities, honouring the monarch’s seven decades of service, culminated with a surprise appearance by the Queen on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. Redmond Shannon reports.
