It’s a seemingly never-ending problem plaguing Vancouver’s Chinatown: graffiti and vandals defacing valuable cultural monuments and historic buildings. And it’s happened again. A meaningful mural painted just weeks ago was ruined by a brazen tagger. As Rumina Daya reports, the culprit was caught on camera.
