Vicious fight has some questioning safety in downtown Vancouver

A disturbing beating caught on camera is reflecting what some call a sad state of affairs in downtown Vancouver. A vicious fight broke out around 3:30 a.m. Monday morning near Granville and Davie and has been shared on social media.
