Two hundred and sixty-five Ukrainian troops have emerged from the Azovstal steel plant, surrendering to Russian forces after being trapped in the facility for more than two months. As Redmond Shannon reports, the Ukrainian soldiers are supposed to be exchanged for the freedom of Russian prisoners of war, but concerns are being raised.
