Kids with cancer: Ellie’s story

When Ellie was 11, she experienced leg pain and thought she had injured it in gymnastics. It was not long after that, she was diagnosed with leukemia in 2021. Ellie has 13 months of treatment left and would not be where she is now without the support of Kids with Cancer Society. Ellie and her mom Trina joined Global News Morning along with Val Figliuzzi with Kids with Cancer to share her journey.
