Student, staff and elected officials including the MNA responsible for relations with English-speaking Quebecers gathered on campus Thursday afternoon to inaugurate John Abbott College’s new library. As Tim Sargeant reports, it comes the same day an important amendment to the language reform was adopted in Quebec City.
