Russia-Ukraine war causing cooking oil shortages worldwide

Russia’s war in Ukraine has caused turmoil in international commodity markets, raising prices at the grocery store. The latest item affected is cooking oil. Ukraine makes up nearly half the world’s sunflower oil exports and with those supplies stalling, the price for other oils has skyrocketed.
