Influenza, measles part of infectious diseases that are making a comeback, Tam says

Canada's chief medical officer of health Dr. Theresa Tam said Friday that infectious diseases such as influenza and measles are making a comeback. "Canada is reporting increased Influenza activity in recent weeks and the World Health Organization (WHO) have reported a 79 per cent increase in worldwide measles cases in the first two months of this year," she said adding “no matter what our age we have to keep vaccinations up-to-date throughout our lives.”
