Report on bear cub killings renews calls for more oversight

Bear advocates say a freedom of information request shows dozens of cubs were killed by conservation officers in 2021 alone. As Paul Johnson reports, a formal complaint has now been filed to the BC Conservation Officer Service and the Ministry of Environment.
