Wade was “not a final opinion,” and as a result President Joe Biden will not comment on an opinion that has not yet been issued. Instead, Psaki defended President Biden’s past experiences with his critiques of the nomination of Robert Bork to the Supreme Court and the overlap of constitutional language between the two cases.
