Mass Casualty Commission releases interim report

The Mass Casualty Commission has been holding public hearings for just over two months and the commission has released its interim report into the Nova Scotia mass shooting. The report goes over what the process has looked like so far and even has some recommendations. Graeme Benjamin has more.
