United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called for a four-day humanitarian ceasefire in Ukraine on Tuesday, to allow for the safe passage of civilians and delivery of aid to hard-hit areas. The ceasefire would start on Thursday and end on Orthodox Easter on April 24.
