A fatality inquiry in Nova Scotia has uncovered more issues surrounding domestic violence in treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in military members. It stems from the murder-suicide of Lionel Desmond, his wife, mother, and daughter five years ago. Ross Lord reports.
