On Thursday, people gathered to say their final farewells to a young man who died tragically. Twenty-year-old Ali Al Aqal was shot to death early Monday morning while waiting at a stop light on 16 Avenue N.W. As Tracy Nagai reports, advocates say his violent death is highlighting the need for more resources for newcomers to Calgary.
