Victoria police measures keep ‘Freedom Convoy’ protesters out

Victoria was bracing for the ‘Freedom Convoy’ but it didn’t quite get the same traction as the protest held in Ottawa. Police set up controlled access points in preparation for the protest and limited the number of vehicles entering the area. Richard Zussman has more.
