Downtown Toronto was filled with Irish music Sunday as revellers came to celebrate what Toronto’s Mayor is calling St. Patrick’s Day 2. The parade marks the first large scale event the city has seen since 2019. And as Ontario gears up to drop mask mandates starting Monday, many are wondering if mandates should actually be continuing across Canada with the COVID-19 pandemic still occurring.
