CP issues worker lockout notice, union responds with strike notice

After months of failed negotiations, a worker lockout followed by strike action is expected to begin at CP Rail sites this weekend. The company issued its lockout notice Wednesday and the union has responded by issuing strike notice for workers to hit the picket line shortly after. Lauren Pullen reports.
