Travelers react to federal government’s end to pre-arrival COVID-19 testing

The federal government making it official — another big step in the ‘return to normal’ for international travel is coming. As Andrea Macpherson reports – starting April 1 — fully-vaccinated people will no longer have to present a negative COVID test when entering the country.
