After signing collective agreements in the fall, CUPE workers were expecting to receive what they were owed retroactively this week. The money still hasn’t been paid and now CUPE New Brunswick is filing a grievance with the labour board on behalf of thousands of workers. Nathalie Sturgeon has the details.
