Billionaire businessman Roman Abramovich is one of the Russian oligarchs hit with Canadian sanctions due to the war in Ukraine. He's also the largest shareholder in steel company Evraz, which operates in Saskatchewan. As Jayme Doll reports, there are concerns Canadian employees could be affected if Abramovich decides to retaliate.
