How daylight savings time impacts our brains
Description
March 12, 2022
On Sunday, clocks will jump ahead an hour in most time zones across Canada as the shift from standard time to daylight savings time (DST) kicks in. Many of us will lose anywhere between 40 minutes and one hour of sleep on Sunday. And while that may not seem like much, one neuroscientist told Global News it has a “measurable” impact on our health.
