Andrew Rasiulis, with the Canadian Global Affairs Institute, said a compromise will have to be reached to end the Russian war on Ukraine but unfortunately not until more blood is spilled: "This war needs to be settled somehow. (Vladimir) Putin needs to walk away with some kind of compromise otherwise he's in trouble back home."
