Cruise industry welcomes certainty of new COVID-19 rules

Canada’s cruise industry, worth $4 billion a year before the pandemic, is welcoming new COVID-19 rules. They require crew and passengers to be fully vaccinated and require passengers to get COVID-19 tests before boarding their cruise, and again before disembarking at a Canadian port.
