The City of Edmonton is implementing a city-wide Phase 1 parking ban Friday night, after the region was blanketed in a fresh coat of snow overnight. As Sarah Ryan explains, drivers are not allowed to park on arterial or collector roads, bus routes, or on any roads with “Seasonal No Parking” signs until the roads have been cleared.
