Dylan Lock is a singer, songwriter and musician who performed 30 concerts dedicated to frontline workers all from his driveway during the summer of 2020 raising $60,000 for frontline workers, homeless shelters and food banks. Lock recently released an original song called, “Time for a Change” inspired by these uncertain times. Susan Hay has the story.
