The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) announced on Wednesday that it would allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to compete as neutrals at the Paralympic Games, which will run from March 4 to March 13 in Bejing. IPC President Andrew Parsons said the board was “united in its condemnation” of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but that its decision was guided by its “constitutional purpose and handbook.”
