New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs announced on Thursday that the province will remove the proof of vaccination requirement starting on Feb. 28. On March 14, all mandated public health measures will end, including masking and capacity limits. New Brunswick moved to reopening Level 1 a week ago. That meant that businesses that were previously required to reduce their capacity, such as gyms, restaurants and entertainment centres, were able to open to full capacity.
