A Quebec coroner looking into the death of a man by Montreal police has issued a series of recommendations aimed at improving police interventions. Pierre Coriolan, a man in distress, was fatally shot by police in June 2017. As Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports, Coriolan’s family wants authorities to implement recommendations.
