Trucker protests: Trudeau, Biden discuss global and U.S. influence on border blockades

Trudeau said he discussed global and American influence on the protests, the U.S.-based flooding of 9-1-1 phone lines in Ottawa, the presence of Americans participating in blockades and the use of foreign money to fund this “illegal” activity.
