A Halifax homeowner says they were left without oil for nearly two days after their scheduled autofill delivery was delayed. Canada’s largest oil refinery say it’s not due to the supply chain that’s leading to disruptions, but rather staffing challenges due to the pandemic. Alexa MacLean has the details.
